- Payment Methods:
- Acceptable payment methods include cash, and electronic payments (e.g., Credit or Debit Cards).
- Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- Deposit When Required:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20-30% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
- Final Payment:
- The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. An invoice will be provided detailing the services rendered and the total amount due.
- Late Payment Fees:
- If payment is not received within 5 days of the completion date, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
- An additional 2% will be added for each week the payment remains outstanding.
- Returned Payment Fee:
- A fee of $30 will be charged for any returned checks or failed electronic payments due to insufficient funds.
- Late Payment Fees Terms will be applicable.
- Dispute Payment Fee:
- If a customer disputes a payment through their credit card or bank, a fee of $50 will be charged to cover administrative costs and processing fees incurred by the business.

- The customer will be responsible for any legal fees associated with the dispute if it is found to be unwarranted.
- Only secured payment will be accepted to cure the amount owed (e.g., Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check)
- Additional Fees:
- Dense, established weeds and animal waste fees will be applicable when needed.
- If the customer requests additional services beyond the original quoted scope, those services will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour, and the customer will be informed of the additional costs before proceeding in writing.
- If the service is not cancelled at least the day prior of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated cost maybe be charged.
- No Refunds:
- There are no refunds for jobs or services that have already been completed. Once the service is rendered, the customer is responsible for the full payment as agreed.
- Service Guarantee:
- If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify El Paso Home Services within 24 hours of completion. El Paso Home Services will address any concerns at no additional charge.
- Legal Fees:
- In the event of non-payment, the customer agrees to pay any legal fees incurred in the collection of the outstanding balance.
